2025 Global Human Capital Trends
Deloitte's annual Human Capital Trends report explores the changing relationship between people, technology, leadership, and organizational performance. The 2025 report, Turning Tensions into Triumphs, examined how organizations can navigate competing priorities such as stability versus agility, automation versus augmentation, and human outcomes versus business outcomes.
The ProcessThe challenge was translating a research-heavy report into a series of concise, visually engaging stories that would resonate with business leaders while preserving the depth and credibility of Deloitte's research.
The creative process began by distilling each report into its most essential ideas and identifying the central tension driving each topic.
Working closely with the content, I developed storyboards and visual concepts that transformed abstract ideas into accessible narratives. Because the subject matter relied heavily on research, statistics, and thought leadership, the focus shifted away from traditional corporate explainer techniques and toward metaphor-driven storytelling.
A consistent visual language was established across all nine videos to create continuity throughout the campaign while still giving each animation the flexibility to explore unique concepts such as:
• Human-AI Collaboration
• Organizational agility
• Worker motivation
• Performance management
• Workforce development
• Leadership transformation
The motion design process combined concept development, storyboarding, animation, typography, iconography, and information design to ensure each video simplified complex ideas without sacrificing the depth of the research.
The ChallengeThe SolutionThe final deliverable was a nine-video animated series that transformed Deloitte's annual research report into a more approachable and engaging multimedia experience.
By converting lengthy reports into short, visually compelling narratives, the series expanded the accessibility of Deloitte's thought leadership and provided leaders with an easier way to engage with the report's key findings.
The project successfully translated complex workforce research into clear, memorable visual stories while maintaining consistency across multiple deliverables and preserving the credibility and authority associated with the Deloitte brand.
